We Manufacture Wall Panels
We manufacture custom Interior wall panels for interior designers, decorators, and home renovation enthusiasts. Our wall panels are machined using various thicknesses of MDF board and sold unpainted. This means you can paint it any colour and it allows for extremely easy installation.
Our panels are sized 600mm x 900mm and available in 9mm and 16mm thicknesses. On our site, you will find our available range of 3D Custom Wall Panelling and CNC Wall Panelling, but we also offer custom solutions using a wide variety of solid woods, styles and custom projects.

3D Interior Wall Panelling
Our 3D Interior Wall Panels are sold in Raw MDF Format. You can decide whether you want to use oil-based enamel or water-based PVA-type paint on your panels. Although we supply our wall panelling unpainted we recommend that you primer them before installing them. The reason for this is because MDF is quite absorbent and may require multiple coats of paint before you get the best end results.
We usually use a standard primer which we apply with a spray gun in our spray booth, followed by a satin or gloss top coat of paint. Our favorite is to use a Satin Duco Paint as this gives you a smooth soft finish with a nice low sheen. But of course, the choice is yours.
In the image on the right, you can see the various steps required to get to that perfect finish. This is a Raw Panel, which was then primed with a grey primer, and then we just applied a gloss black topcoat for the sample piece.
Please keep in mind: You can simply paint our wall panels with a regular paintbrush too. The primer and topcoat method is not essential.

How to Install 3D Interior Wall Panels
Installation of our custom wall panelling is very simple and easy. You can simply apply the panels to any clean wall using adhesives like Soudaflex or acrylic available from any hardware store. We recommend cutting panels to size and cleaning them before installation.
If you want to you can also cut the joining corner at 45 degrees. This will allow for a beautiful link between the panels. We also recommend that you use simple acrylic to just seal off the gap between panels. This will give you a nice seamless finish.
How to Prepare Panels for Paint
MDF is basically a fibreboard, similar to a wood wall panel system. MDF absorbs moisture and swells when wet, so it’s not ideal for an exterior wall panel system. Because it absorbs so much moisture we recommend you seal the board with a sealer or clearcoat before painting the MDF. This will prevent some swelling on the material when in contact with water. We usually use primer paint to prepare the panels. We then give the primer layer light sanding using sandpaper before we apply the final coat of paint.
How to Paint the Wall Panels
Once completely installed and primed the wall panels can be painted using basically any painting technique. In our workshop, we spray paint all our panels which gives it a very smooth and perfect finish. For most residential projects painting the panels with a nice clean brush will do the trick. Keep in mind because of the absorption properties of MDF you may have to give it a few coats before the final results are as you want them.
Maintenance
Once completed maintenance on our wall panels is no different from a regular wall. So the panels do not require any special treatment other than the occasional cleaning. For more information please feel free to contact us. We will gladly assist you in any way possible.

Each Pack is consists of 3 Panels. A Single Panel Size is 600mm wide and 900mm high. So depending on how you use the panels – horizontally you’ll be able to cover 1.8 meters by 900mm high which is the most common usage. That means each 3 Pack can cover 1.62 square meters of wall space.
Please Note: We do not include adhesives in our packs. The Panels are sold in Raw MDF Form and are untreated, unpainted, and unsealed.
